Diagnostic testing is the key to getting the right repair. An issue that seems to be one thing- like a blue screen of death- can be caused by a simple faulty stick of memory. Our diagnostic testing exceeds those required by parts and computer manufacturers.
Our testing includes:
Hard Drive Diagnostics
Memory Diagnostics
Motherboard Testing
Processor Testing
Stress Testing
Virus scanning and detection
All of this testing is typically completed within our standard 24-36 hours diagnostic service. To give you an idea of how our testing is broken down, an average 320GB hard drive takes approximately 4 hours to complete one set of testing! We certainly make the most of our average of 24 hours!
At the end of our diagnosis, we contact you with a full diagnostic report: we report on the health of your hardware components, potential upgrades for your computer, and a recommended strategy for getting your computer working right again, or better! We don’t do anything beyond our diagnostic without your approval, so you’ll be able to make a clear decision on exactly how you want your computer repaired.
