We use industry leading ESD-Safe equipment and diagnostic tools to both accurately diagnose your computer’s problems, both software and hardware, and repair those issues quickly and affordably.
Diagnostic service is $40 for desktop and laptop PCs.

Standard diagnostic time is 24-36 hours from start of service.
When does it take any longer to diagnose? When we do more advanced electrical or hard drive diagnostics on a system that is really hurting, it may take a little longer- but to know for sure, it’s totally worth it: and you’re still covered under our standard laptop diagnostic fee.
